1. Does the current location of user get automatically detected in mobile app?

Yes, mobile app scans the closest configured location and sends the same data to the server.

2. Can user cancel a task after starting the same task?

Yes, user can cancel a task by selecting a valid reason from the list which appears in a popup during cancellation. This is configurable and can also be restricted.

3. Does the system trace a device which is left over by a user and how does it work if a task has been assigned?

Yes, it will be traced based on RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indication) values from the Wi-Fi access points. If subsequent tasks are detected and not accepted then an auto logout will be performed.

4. Can a user create and assign a task by themselves?

Yes, it’s an optional feature which you can enable or disable for individual user or all user, in this case user can create a task and will be assigned automatically to the same user in mobile app.

5. Does the system identify if a user goes out of the Wi-Fi range?

Yes.

6. What happens if no user accepts a task?

Whenever a task has been created against a location, it will be available for the closest user to accept the task. If no one accepts, the supervisor would be notified with the task details to take further action.

7. Does the system allow a user to handle multiple tasks at a time?

Yes, each service will have an option to set the Maximum number of tasks to be accommodated concurrently. With this option, user can handle multiple tasks at a time. (Ex. Lab Samples)

8. How does the system locate a user accurately on a floor?

Floor will have mapped locations with a set of Access Point's RSSI values. Triangulation technique is performed on the same set of RSSI values and will map with closest configured location. Triangulation is a technique to locate based on the RSSI values captured from the defined access points.

10. Are the locations mapped automatically to a floor?

No, locations are considered as master data and will be created once and modified whenever there is a movement of the access points. We need to locate the area on floor map and point the created location to that area.

11. How long can a user can go for break?

Break time can be configured in the system. user can go for break until the cumulative break time reaches the configured break time.

12. Can system restrict a group of user to a specific location or service and vice versa?

Yes.

13. Does the system alerts if a user enters into restricted locations?

Yes, whenever user enters restricted zone supervisor or any authorized user would get an alert.

14. Does the system log all the activities of the user?

Yes.

15. What happens if the system goes down unexpectedly?

Each task with all generated stages would be stored and a backup of the same file is sent to defined location as .xlsx file to a dedicated location at specified intervals.

16. Does the system allow to reconfigure the locations? And How?

Yes, we can modify the location with the scanned RSSI values at any point of time.

17. What happens if an ongoing task is not completed by a user for a long time?

Supervisor will be notified and necessary action will be performed from the server side.

18. Can we assign same task to multiple user?

Yes, few services (ex. Stretcher) requires a group of user and hence it is possible to assign the same task to multiple user. It is configured when setting up the service where you can define how many user would be required for a specific service.

19. Are the services static or dynamic? How does the functionality changes if a new service has been added?

All the services are dynamic, you can create any number of New Services based on your Hospital Requirements. There would be no change in the functionality and the new service will be used similar to other services.

20. How does it work if access points are modified/moved to different location?

There will be an impact on the locations which were created based on the respective access points. So, those locations should be reconfigured with the new access points.

21. Does the system alerts if a mobile device battery discharges?

Yes, mobile app detects the battery levels and battery status will be sent to the server in real time. So, it’s easy to take necessary actions.

22. Can we change the task end location while performing the same task?

Yes, and user will be notified with an audio alert. user can also edit the end location based on permission.

23. Can a user create a task while performing other task?

Yes, new tasks can be assigned to user based on the ongoing task's service type.

24. Can a user make phone calls to the team while on a task?
